New Roof Installation
New construction roof installation following IRC Section R905 and local Toledo building code amendments. We calculate ventilation per IRC R806 (1:150 ratio reduced to 1:300 when 50% is within 3ft of ridge. Synthetic underlayment per ASTM D226, ice barrier per ASTM D1970 at eaves in freeze-thaw climate zones. Manufacturer-certified installation locks in the full system warranty.

Shingle Roofing
Asphalt shingle roofing is the most common and cost-effective roofing system in Toledo. Our crews install 15-20 shingle roofs a month. We know the product inside and out. Nailing patterns, exposure measurements, hip and ridge details.
Flat Roofing
PVC roofing membrane for Toledo restaurants, commercial kitchens, and any rooftop near grease exhaust. PVC resists animal fats and chemical exposure that destroys TPO and EPDM. We install IB Roof Systems and Duro-Last PVC with heat-welded seams and custom-fabricated accessories. Built-up roofing (BUR) with 3-4 plies of fiberglass felt in hot asphalt is still the longest-proven flat roof system with a 30+ year track record in Illinois.
Commercial Roofing
Roof coatings can extend the life of your commercial roof by 10-15 years for a fraction of replacement cost. We apply silicone and acrylic coatings over existing TPO, EPDM, and metal substrates. Not every roof qualifies. We'll be straight with you.
Gutter Installation
Improperly sized gutters cause fascia board rot and foundation erosion. We calculate gutter capacity using the rainfall intensity formula: roof square footage x pitch factor x rainfall rate (inches/hr for Toledo). Standard 5" K-style handles 5,520 sq ft of effective roof area. Bigger roofs or steeper pitches need 6" gutters with 3x4" downspouts. We hang with hidden hangers screwed into rafter tails every 24".
Roof Inspection
Roof inspections after a storm are free. Always. We document hail hits, wind damage, and any pre-existing issues so your insurance claim is accurate and complete.
Emergency Roof Repair
Emergency tarping is the first priority. We cover the exposed area to stop water entry, then schedule the permanent repair once conditions allow. We don't charge extra for emergency tarp jobs. It's part of the repair cost.
Skylight Installation
VELUX FS fixed skylights and VS vented skylights installed with EDL flashing kits for profile roofing. The flashing integrates with your shingle courses per IRC R903.2 weather protection requirements. We cut the opening, frame the curb with doubled 2x lumber, install the skylight with factory sealant, and weave the flashing into the existing shingle field. Leak-proof when done right. And we do it right in Toledo.
